I placed my first order with Cigar Place a few weeks ago, largely based on the positive feedback on this site and Jessica's involvement. I was quite disappointed when the order arrived and it was not correct. I had ordered a box of cigars and got a bundle instead. I sent an email to them, and got a response in less than two hours. Within hours of me contacting them they had checked their status, confirmed they shipped the wrong item, apologized, and shipped out the correct item via overnight mail. They also provided a shipping label to return the incorrect product to them.
It is easy to look good when everything goes smoothly. I believe that your true character shows up when things go wrong and are not easy. Cigar Place stepped up, admitted the mistake, and promptly fixed it. I couldn't have been happier with the way they handled it, and I would not hesitate to order from them again in the future.
