Can't purchase cigars from BestCigarprices.com

I see that you looking for cheap discounted cigars, so there are many online companies who sell cheap cigars and provide courier service too, in case you don't want anybody let know about buying cigars..

I think Bryan (metalhead y cigarguy) said earlier this year that BestCigarPrices was moving to Pennsylvania at the end of the year, so I checked out their website and sure enough they did.

HOWEVER, when I went to place an order, I got the following response:

"Good Morning,
We are still going through legalities with New York.  We do not have a definite date yet.
There will be an announcement as soon as we can.
Thank you for your interest."

I wonder when they will officially close the NY location?  That might be what they are waiting for...
