Thanks. Ya couldn't imagine doing a half ass job on this one. Trying to fix it now that it has almost 700 sticks in it would just be a friggin nightmare  :shootme:

And yet, I'm sure that there has been someone out there who found themselves in just that situation.

You're probably right. But god that would suck! Especially with them all being broken down into singles you would pretty much just have to dump the shelves into totes! Would not be good  :shamebag:

Awesome! Just went to Craigslist to try and score like you, as I am jealous.

Thanks for sharing.

All I can say is FANS lots of FANS! I use a Humi-Care XG1000 pro have a fan on each side running constantly and 1 more on each side that comes on when the unit does. I started with just 2 and it will work but you end up with a difference of about 6% from top to bottom. With 4 it runs about 1-2% difference on the very bottom.

patients is definantly the key to proper hummidor set up, difficult but worth it.
I am not concerned about what you think as I can tell you don't do it often.

Where did you get the extra fans for the XG? Do you have part numbers for the fans and cables?

www.Cigarsinternational.com (They actually make all the Humi-Care stuff) just type in fans and they will pop right up. The XG uses the EH fans have 2 of the Fan Kits $9.95 then you can hook up to 2 additional Fans $6.95 to each of those.

The cables I only found in 1 place on the entire friggin net!

http://www.ewesterninc.com/wholesale/Store/shop.html  Then click on LeVeil humidifier parts top right. They sell the 4 pin ribbon cable that works for just about all humidifiers in 12" $8 and 19" $12.  I used the 12" ribbon to run 2 sets of fans to the bottom of the drawers and then spliced in longer wire to run 2 more fans up to the top of the cabinet. Now that it's running and the RH is stable I think you could probably get away with just the 4 under the drawers.

Hope this helps
