It seems as DonM had thrown a little something for me in the "Old Timer's Pass", namely a Rocky Patel Edge Sumatra, a Nestor Miranda Art Deco Gran Toro, and an Alec Bradley Family Blend VR1.  I didn't see them when I went through the pass.  Thanks, Don, for the stogies, and thanks, Ken, for redirecting them my way.  I owe you both!   ;-)

But I really liked the name "Wish Stealer". It had a Native American ring to it. -Brlesq

A wise geek once told me that moving up from a daily smoke to a weekly or even bi-monthly smoke would be worth it, if I could learn how to appreciate a really really good cigar. -southernrun

It's my pup what's blind, not me, you ol' coot!  What happened actually was I'd already made a list of my takes, so I was just looking for those two or three and didn't pay much attention to the other sticks in the box.
But thanks for being the type of guy you are, Ken!  You're a class guy, regardless of what they say about you in the holler!

Well I really didn't expect this one to end up this way. I stuck em in the pass to Dave and they went all the way to Ken.  I told Ken WTF just keep em if Dave missed em.   Guess that wasn't good enough, he sent them back anyway. So both of you are stand up guys!

I know you did, Don, and I really appreciate it but I just didn't feel right about keeping something that really didn't belong to me. And I never was too good about following directions all that well...just ask any of my old squadron or wing commanders, even a 1st Sgt or three or four from my enlisted days.

FYI, I'm the guy that found them in there when Dave sent me the pass.  I could have snagged them and no one would have ever been the wiser, but I emailed Ken and asked him how he wanted it handled.  He said to send them along and he would handle it.

About brings a tear to my eye.  Just shows what real geeks are like, you are real stand up gentlemen.

There's a lot of buzz about the AB Family Blend, will be interested to see what you think of it Dave.

We're gonna have to change his name to "Blind Melon". If Blind Melon doesn't ring a bell then you are a bit too young to remember anything from Cheech and Chong in their glory years. One of their characters was named Blind Melon Chitlin.

Yup, dat de troof! Please accept my humble apology for not making that clear right away. However, Don, if you had sent Dave an Ashton VSG, a Padron Annie, and maybe a Tatuaje Havana Cazadores my conscience would have been severely challenged.

Seeing how you are being so damn picky about freebie cigars, I am glad you sent them to Dave cause at least I know they will get smoked

Like Ken's not an unruly SOB now! Seriously, thanks to all involved!  I appreciate the sticks, but I appreciate the brotherhood even more!  And Don, Diana and I are thinking of a getaway weekend down around your neck of the woods.  How much would it cost me to gas up your boat for a day on the water with cigars and our beloveds?
