Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it, everything fades away, your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. ~Raul Julia

Maybe a stupid question but what does isom mean.

TatuajeKid

Does the cigar have to be the exact size or can it just be from the same line?  Maybe a stupid question but I want to make sure I understand.

You are right.  Need to be the same blend, but not the same size.  Thanks for joining us K!

:loser:  Will fight me in Twitter for the sampler, but won't join in the pass.  Just kidding.  BTW, today has been pretty awesome.  DM me your email and I will send you the stats on who tweeted the most, the reach, and so on.

Hey Logan,

I appreciate the invite, but I'm afraid that I don't have the right sticks to have a go at this one. I'm going to have to bow out on it.

Question I know you said the blend has to be the same, how about the wrapper?? Nat vs Maduro?

I'm going to sit this one out. I've got a couple pass ideas in the works myself. Thanks for the invite though. I'll extend the olive branch next time.

socialcigarnut

Thanks for all those that have joined.  McBryde and RumRummer no worries at all.  Wanted to extend the invite.

Billy, great question.  I would say that the put would need to have the same wrapper if all possible.  If it comes down to where it is all you have then I think in that limited situation it would be ok.

Looks like we have 11 people signed up so if you are interested sign up today since we will get rocking tomorrow.

Wanted to ask for some advice since this is my first pass.  I am a little worried about sending the pass up to Canada since the last one is being smoked my the Canadian Royal Mounties right now, and I don't want this to happen to this one.

So this is what I am thinking.....

Here is what I think we do. The brothers in Geek's in Canada tell me what they would take from the pass.  I will buy these cigars for them from a local shop/online store in their area.  They tell me what their puts would be (and assuming their aren't ISOM's) I will buy those cigars and put them into the pass.  From there the Geek's in Canada can just ship their puts directly to me.  This way we only risk their puts being lost and not the the whole pass.

Is this the best way to do this?  Is there another way?

Logan - you might want to consider a virtual pass for our Canadian BOTL.  Put them all either at the front or end of the pass.  Then have them choose their takes/puts and transition.  The next Canadian can then do the same.  Once all of their puts/takes are complete, ship out any cigars that are currently in your posession that they "took" to the first Canadian.  Then they can handle it once it gets across the border.

Make sense?
