I know this one happened at the end of 2011, but I think it needs an honorable mention, and I figured this was the best place for it:

With all the great bombs going on it reminded me I needed to bump this thread for nominations! Nominate your favorite bomber before the year is up! Sorry this didn't get bumped but with all the family things that went on it was my fault and it slipped through the cracks.

Please refer to the initial post for rules and procedures! I have decided to make 1 small change in that come January I'm going to ask 4 of the Administrators along with myself to vote on who they think the winners should be.

That being said I just HAVE to nominate Angel (BXgreenhorn) for the Heavy Hitter for this bomb:

I definitely have to recommend Elliot (Doubleott05) for orchestrating the Super Secret Bomb Run which absolutely devastated me!  I received a total of 80 cigars!  There's a picture of the total destruction on page 4 of the thread.

Jeff, I'll let you decide if this is a Heavy Hitter or a Carpet Bomber.

I second this nomination for Elliots orchestration of the SUPER SUPER Secret Self Bomb that allowed Jeff's pass to turn into Elliots Bomb.  I'd also like to nominate Twinky, Texlewee and Markinde.

I have no problems with that as long as nobody else does? As far as I'm concerned it was a bomb and as long as it's nominated by a member meets my rules.

I don't have pics, or a link of any kind, but a heavy hitter bomb sent a few months ago comes to mind. Neil (Shukpaw), sent out over 100 cigars to the Cigars for The Troops, with no donations from any geeks. In addition, he did donate sticks to the collection that was going on here as well. I am not sure if the rules stipulate that the bomb had to go to a geek on the site, but I am sure the brave men and women serving our country sure did appreciate this ordinance! And I am equally sure we got some geeks serving over there as well. So, does my vote count for this one? Hope so, as Neil deserves some big time recognition for this awesome gesture!  :bigthumbs:  :bigthumbs:  :bigthumbs:  :bigthumbs:  :bigthumbs:  :bigthumbs:  :bigthumbs:  :bigthumbs:  :bigthumbs:  :bigthumbs:

Of course your vote counts!

FYI to everyone this was my idea and I'm sponsoring and keeping track of the nominations but as long as it's nominated and seconded I have no problems whatsoever adding it. I would like to run this every year because I think it's important that the extreme generosity of our members like Neil, Angel and all the others needs to be recognized!

Will add this one to the Heavy Hitter with just a description of 100 cigars donated to the troops.

For most creative, I'd like to nominate nirab's torpedo bomb.  http://www.cigargeeks.com/index.php?topic=15484.0  Not only was it a nice selection of 6 cigars, but he also included 2 of his light switch covers he makes using cigar bands.  Very cool and very creative.
I'm right 98% of the time.  Who cares about the other 3%?

Been a judge for all of 5 minutes and already been paid off :lmao:

How about this. Will be starting this over in January for 2013 (if we all survive past the 21st of course) you pick a category and you can be the judge. I will still run the submissions and provide the prize (unless you want a special Bob prize?) you just judge and announce the winner?

Had thought about this last year having a Guru sponsor and judge each category but figured it would be easier this year to just handle it.
