Hi Folks,

After some discussion with the other admins of the site, we are happy to announce a change to our Monthly Points Contest.  In order to be more inclusive and give others a chance to get in on the points contest, we are going to expand the contest to include the top 35 members from the original top 10 members.

The number 35 was chosen because it is the number of Powerballs there are in the bi-weekly Powerball drawing.  So going forward we always use the that drawing and its 35 possible numbers to decide the winner.

So good luck to everyone out there!

Twenty years ago we had Steve Jobs, Johnny Cash and Bob Hope.  Now we have no jobs, no cash and no hope. Please don't let Kevin Bacon die!

Thanks Paul and admins.  It has always been too much for me to try and make it into the top ten.  I was easily in the top 35 a number of times last summer.

But.......

Now we have more members.

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it, everything fades away, your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. ~Raul Julia

good idea, you admin guy's are alright.
I am not concerned about what you think as I can tell you don't do it often.

I'm right 98% of the time.  Who cares about the other 3%?

I agree. It should encourage more anticipation. :bigthumbs:

But I really liked the name "Wish Stealer". It had a Native American ring to it. -Brlesq

I still won't make it into the top 35 but it's a good idea.

Sweet! I have always enjoyed watching the absurdity of the points scramble from the sidelines! This aught to make things even more entertaining  ;-)
