Homeade Mead

I made a strawberry rhubard ginger lemon grass mean sounds complicated but is like a good cigar the flavor is subtle and complex.  Had with a graycliff 80th anniversary.  Its not a full cigar so they brought out the sweetness in each other.  Would recommend a good mead if you can get it.

Oh, that does sound good. I enjoyed an Ashton VSG with a glass of my damiana mead. I mostly make metheglyns but this summer will be exprimenting with melomels.

my buddie brings me some when he makes enough. didn't get any last year bcs he let it go too long or it got to warm or something. good stuff.
