So I order a 950.00 humi from Premium Humidors and after a week and a half of them not shipping it, I decided I did not want it anymore. I called and told them to refund my money (which was withdrawn the day I ordered it) and that I no longer wanted the product. The told me it would be 3 to 5 days to see the credit in my account, I then told them I wanted a confirmation # of the refund. They said they would email it. So several phone calls and 3 weeks later and still no money or confirmation of refund. I since have been to my bank and filed a (No Product received) paperwork, and even called them on speaker phone so the bank manager could hear them say they refunded the money. I now have to wait a week for the bank to credit my account. I would not recommend Premium Humidors to my worst enemy let a lone a good group of cigar smokers like y'all.
