Do not buy from Premium Humidors

So I order a 950.00 humi from Premium Humidors and after a week and a half of them not shipping it, I decided I did not want it anymore.  I called and told them to refund my money (which was withdrawn the day I ordered it) and that I no longer wanted the product. The told me it would be 3 to 5 days to see the credit in my account, I then told them I wanted a confirmation # of the refund. They said they would email it. So several phone calls and 3 weeks later and still no money or confirmation of refund. I since have been to my bank and filed a (No Product received) paperwork, and even called them on speaker phone so the bank manager could hear them say they refunded the money. I now have to wait a week for the bank to credit my account. I would not recommend Premium Humidors to my worst enemy let a lone a good group of cigar smokers like y'all.

i bet most are drop shipped. i know cheaphumidors.com does. sucks about the refund though!

This is a situation that I have told friends on forums on how to deal with companies that drag their feet over a sale.  If the order is something that you want any type of confirmation then call the company and let them know your expectations....followup with emails, etc.  A lot of companies what to charge you the moment your order and that is understandable...they cant just ship an item w/o being paid but if they are just going to drag their feet for that long and not stay in touch with you....they've lost my business for good.  I use a good credit card that protects me...if that company can't step up and keep you informed they don't deserve your business either and like the brother said...most likely it's drop shipped from another company and they just become the middleman.  Call your Credit Card company and dispute the charge and it will be credited back to your account within 24 hours.

i have had a bit of trouble with thier customer service as well. i wouldnt recomend them either at this juncture in time.
I am not concerned about what you think as I can tell you don't do it often.

I have already disputed it. The bank said it would be a week before my credit hits.

Thanks for the story. Its so easy to be customer focused and companies that go out of the way for you get return business.....I don`t like drop shipped items either.

If a company doesn't have an item when you order it they should just say so.  Also, they shouldn't charge your card until the item is shipped.  Good luck.
I'm right 98% of the time.  Who cares about the other 3%?
