For obvious reasons I have a soft spot for the troops so I'm in. Also you can count me in for a split of the shipping cost if needed just LMK what you need when the time comes and I've got ya covered.

I would like to donate some sticks and/or even money for your shipping costs. I am unable to view addresses but, I see you are in Atlanta and I work in Buckhead on a daily basis and would be happy to meet you for a handoff. Please PM me for my cell number.

Quotetoby2 - 8/8/2012 6:34 PM have you got any feedback from these? Steph and I sent out five boxes with smokes etc and we never heard peep back. just curious.
In 2010, we received a nice letter from one of the groups we bombed. They also included a flag that had been flown over their base (have the flag/specifics in a safe place). Last year, we didn't receive anything. However, I'm not too worried about it as long as we provide something for their efforts and being away during the holidays.

don't get me wrong i was just asking. we sent some big damn boxes full of stuff and contact info etc. we heard they may not have gotten through so we were bummed out.

i will get something over to you. my lodge is mostly military and they do love a surprise when deployed.

It can get dicey with getting packages to the right people.  Last year, we had one bounce back almost two months after I sent it.  After some recovery time in the humidor, I sent them to a different group, and I believe they received them.

I'm in. Will send stuff in October. Cigars only or cutters and lighters also?

Cutters might be ok, but I won't ship lighters due to postal regulations.  Matches will work, though, and I usually throw in a bunch with each box.

A handoff sounds good.  I live in the northeast suburbs, but I make it down to Buckhead once or twice a month.  Next time I plan on being down there, I'll shoot you a PM.
