What's your preferred type of cutter?

last time I posted I was waiting for my Xikar V-cutter in the mail.  Well Update, got it Saturday and used it tonight.  What an awesome new accessory, very happy with this thing

I don't have much experience with V cuts. I'd like to pick one up though. I use a Xikar Xi2 most of the time. I also always have a Xikar 009 punch on my key ring.

After using the Xikar XV 1 time it may be my new favorite.  Will update.  It sliced through my cigar cap like butter and was perfect.

It's quite common to seek out new toys, I know, but in this case, when I have a tool that I've been very happy with for many years (Xikar STK and back-up Cuban Crafters double guillotine cutters), both guaranteed for life, searching out a "better" cutter is completely unnecessary.

My preferred cutter is my Cuban Crafters Perfect Cutter. Makes a perfect cut every time.

I used a punch for the first time yesterday I really liked it. I believe I will try again and see how it goes.

I use the the VX the most followed by my Palio.  At one time I had 5 quality cutters and traded a Redwood and MTX off, both were nice cutters.  I have an Ultra which is really a nice cutter it just doesn't get much use.

Use the 4 way tabletop almost exclusively now when I'm home. And when I'm out and about I have a pair of Xikar Xi2's for the truck and the bike.

Another vote for the Xicar V-cutter.  A clean cut with no tobacco bits to spit out, with the option of turning it into an X-cutter with two swipes.
