The two crates are bought and going out to Brian by UPS today! Woo hoo!!! I'll be sending final invoices to everyone once Brian confirms the shipping will work out as planned.

Shipping should be fine at $7. My main concern is that it may not be safe for these sticks to go with the USPS "fits it ships" boxes. If anyone has an issue with the freight, shoot me a pm and we can discuss.

Ok then, $7 it is! I'll send out the invoices to everyone in PMs with the shipping set at a flat rate of $7 for those of you in the USA. Us Canadians will have to wait until Brian ships up here to get the final cost.

Brian, my USPS store keeps 7x7x6 priority mail boxes in stock for free. They normally run me about 6-8 dollars when I ship them out. Maybe this can be a solution for those of us that are getting more than 5 sticks...You can also order them from their website I think they might be free on their too.

I think flat-rate for $7 might be high for my 4 sticks too. Small non-flat=rate box would probably be cheaper.

Crapola, I started sending out invoices already... I should have checked the thread first! How about this - the cigar prices are calculated already, the shipping is the only variable. Keep the email I am sending out, and Brian will confirm the shipping prices once all the packages go out. That way, everyone pays only what they owe and not more.

Brian, are you okay with that?

I have plenty of the free boxes, it's the safety of the sticks I am worried about. Some packages may require more shipping, some less. I figured that a flat rate for all will cover it. I don't worry about an extra buck or two when I am dealing with y'all, but if it is real important for you to be exact down to the penny, we can do it that way. The time spent getting all this lined out is not a big deal, but when we get down to splitting hairs, it can be a pain. Is anyone worried about paying Karl back the interest that he may accrue by making this purchase? Or the gas it takes to get these shipped out. I know I am ranting a bit on this, so rip me a new one, and then we can get this down to the penny for y'all... Or, make it as easy as possible and let's do this with a flat rate.

Hahaha very funny guys!! I just can hardly wait to see the pictures of these big bad crates when Brian gets them!

 And Sebastien, I calculated roughly that the shipping to Canada in bulk would be about $0.60 per stick. If I can hand deliver them it will be very good for keeping costs down.

Will be around yes. Have plans for August but will be here in July.  I had extensive water damage to my house (tabarnak) from a washer accident (!!!) so I will be working my ass off for a couple of weeks on the night and weekend shifts. But fear not, I will find time to meet deserving Geeks like you.
