Boveda in contact with the cigars?

I saw a video on YouTube about a guy unpacking his humidor. He used Boveda directly on the sticks and had tons of mold on cigars around the boveda.

I have rearranged my cigars, so the Boveda is only in contact with celloed cigars. Couldn't sleep otherwise...  :crazy:

I don't know if I would want direct contact for long term storage, but a normal humi where you are going through to grab a stick I think you would be fine.

I've seen something similar. It usually occurs with Bovedas over 70%.
