Anyone within 100 miles of Spartanburg, SC have an anvil to sell?

I'd like a minimum of 100lbs.

Call around to your local farriers and blacksmiths alot of times you can get one from them reasonable.

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace.

Do you need a true anvil ? I have two pieces of railroad track iron that I use. They are about two feet each and serve me well.
why isnt phonetic spelled like it sounds?

Yeah Stephen I'm looking for a real anvil. I thought about going the railroad track route, but decided I wanted the anvil instead.

Acme... Good one, lol.

And yeah, I've been watching Craigslist, and there are several in there, but I'm looking to spend $1 - $1.5 per pound. Those people want $3 - $5 per pound. Too rich for my blood.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys.

I was finally able to get my hands on an anvil yesterday. Ended up trading my GoPro for a 200lb anvil from the late 1800's. I'm pretty stoked about it.
