Question about cigar pass pricing

I read somewhere on the site that CI is one place used to price takes and puts.  Do we use the CI price or MSRP?

Box Pricing from CI or Famous is the norm.
Not MSRP or we would be trading Gurkhas for HTF ISOM's. LOL
