Maybe instead of worrying about minors ordering and getting tobacco they should focus on parents keeping an eye on their kids.

All I can say is WOWWW.... everything else would get beep out....if this come into effect then I suck salt since I'm not blessed with B&Ms in the islands. Right now I'm in Jersey on vacation, guess I need to stock up and pack an extra suitcase for my trip back home

A few facts.
This bill has only been referred to committee and a long way from becoming law. It has been referred to the House Judiciary Committee which is chaired by Va. Republican Rep. Bob Goodlatte. Also the committee is stacked against the legislation 23 Repubs vs 16 Demos. Only 5 co-signers so far, surprising all Democrats (CA, FL, IL, NY, CT)

This doesn't mean you shouldn't reach out to your rep to lets them to know your displeasure with this legislation.
