Pulp Fiction just started on Showtime.   Best movie ever made IMHO.  OK Godfather maybe, but what a great flick.

Great flick, but Shawshank Redemption is in the discussion for me.

No doubt.  It is a classic.  So many great characters.

All great movies but hard to beat classics like Casablanca and The Day the Earth Stood Still (original version).

King of New York also comes to mind  but this scene from Shakes The Clown will live in infamy forever~!

You may recognize the female clown as LaWanda Page or Aunt Esther from Sanford & Son. Quite a change of direction from her "holier than thou" character on S&S........

Good one but I prefer Reservoir Dogs when it comes to Tarantino.

Shawshank and The Godfather are certainly amongst the best but then we can't forget Goodfellas, Taxi, Serpico, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Shinning, 2001 A Space Odyssey, Schindler's List, Raging Bull, Psycho, Vertigo, 12 Angry Men and so many more amazing movies.

My favorite Tarantino movie as well.  The movies that will keep me seated every time they are on are the James Bond movies. Especially the ones with Roger Moore.

Shawshank is also probably one of my favorites.  Two others I like that have not been mentioned yet are SLC Punk! and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
You should hurry up and acquire the cigar habit. It's one of the major happiness's. And so much more lasting than love, so much less costly in emotional wear and tear.

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace.
