No, nothing that amazing.  They're Erin Go Bragh St. Patrick's Special Edition, they're actually made in Ireland.  They're not a bad little cigarillo but nothing special, nice Irish Whiskey retro...

I picked up some Tatuaje petite stocks the other day that come single, unbanded.  They were like $3.50 each and looked very similar.
