Heard that Buffalo Trace was some pretty good bourbon and paired well with quite a few sticks.  Got a bottle, now tell me what to pair it with please!!?

The question should be "What can't you pair it with?"

I'll do what I will and I'll drink what I please
I'll smoke what I like 'till I cough and I wheeze
I'll drink and I'll whore and every pleasure realize
For this time tomorrow I may die

Just grab something from the humi and go for it.
I am not concerned about what you think as I can tell you don't do it often.

Great alternative to Basil Hayden's.  Try it with a Camacho Barrel Aged or MOW Ruination.

The Buffalo Trace distillery is about an hour from my house. I haven't visited the site but I've passed by it many times.

On a Geek's recommendation, I have paired a Crowned Heads J.D. Howard with a similar bourbon and it was fantastic.

This ^^^^

Had a large pour the other night with an Illusione H-Town Lancero.
Since I can't remember much, I'm going to say it worked wonderfully.  :dancing:
