They actually are pretty nice. I signed up at the Big Smoke last fall and got one int he mail a few weeks later. You can see it's the size of a credit card, it's all metal, nice and heavy. You twist the key handle and the punch comes out of the end. Comes in a nice felt lined box.
For free it's a hell of great deal! But I've never used it, more of something to just have around.
Edit: It does look like one of the 4 spellings of Social is missing the I, like it just didn't get etched there but the space is there. And as Brad says it is a heavy beast.
