So it looks like just about everyone is paid or will pay up soon.  I have contacted Sgtmai, and he will be sending out his prize pack shortly.

Thanks to all who played!

Unless Mike Casey returns to reclaim ownership of this contest, I'll do it again next year with more well thought out rules, and not such a rush at the end.
