Long story short.  A member of CG took close to a year to settle up with another member for one of these competitions (can't remember the exact contest).  When he did finally send it out, he drop shipped one of these 5 for $5 deals.

It has been addressed with him directly.  Technically, he sent $25 "worth" of cigars, but it definitely wasn't in keeping with the spirit of the contest or Geeks.
