I don't know much about that part of Dodger history, a little before my time.  What happened?

Another heartbreak for the Dodgers, we'll see if they bounce back.  I think Houston has the starting pitching edge the rest of the way.  Unbelievable games in this series.

Great series so far. The further it goes along the more I'm leaning Astros but wouldn't be disappointed either way. Really enjoying the baseball.

I know Gary, we are all good brother!   It's just that words in general are used these days, without regard to the depth and weight they can carry to those whose ears and hearts are pierced by them...

Looked like he dealt the final blow but hard to see how he influenced it from when it started, but I didn't live it and I only read the Wikipedia...

Still a dodger fan though, these guys had nothing to do with that stuff.  Here's hoping for a cubs-like comeback...

Livin' to fight another day, GO DODGERS!!!  It seems only fitting that this series goes 7.

I'm a baseball novice (my first season of actually watching regular season games, learned a lot this year) so I'm curious to hear what you all that know the sport better think of a game 7 situation with how these teams have played.  I would think the Dodgers pitching edge could factor in more so since there is no saving anyone for another game.  But you could say the same for the Houston pitching, and their bats as you probably never need to send a pitcher to the plate...Altuve could get two at-bats every trip through the lineup, yikes.  What else factors in on a game 7?  Who honestly do you think has the edge, if anyone?

Pitchers will definitely bat.  They are playing at a NL field.  It would be ridiculous to switch pitchers every time through the order.

I think it'll come down to pitching. Both teams have exhausted their bullpens. Both teams have been hot at the plate so I think the difference will be who has enough pitching to keep the lead.

Great series so far. Slight edge to the Dodgers being at home.

Well, congrats to the winners, great series.  That Houston lineup is relentless.  Gotta wonder if a rematch is a strong possibility next year, how great would that be?

I knew it was a mistake to hand the ball the Darvish in that game.  I know him well, because of his years with the Rangers.  He is not a pressure pitcher.  

It was an epic series.  Happy my Astros won and I wish I could be there for the parade tomorrow.
