First smoked when I turned 18, 30 years ago... I have been an on and off again cigar/pipe smoker. I recently went to a cigar event and remembered why I love cigars so much. It is so much about the community and your shared experience smoking cigars. I've always enjoyed looking for bargain sticks, even now that I can afford better. I tend to like medium bodied larger ring gauge (robustos).  My favorite recent stick was the My Father La Antiguedad, a delicious complex stick that changed throughout the smoke.

Welcome from LA!  You found a great community here!
When I have found intense pain relieved, a weary brain soothed, and calm, refreshing sleep obtained by a cigar, I have felt grateful to God, and have blessed His name...

I am not concerned about what you think as I can tell you don't do it often.
