I use the cold, leftover coffee for iced coffee. Great stuff.

I do that too sometimes when I'm at work because it never fails, I pour a cup of coffee and then I get a call to leave and by the time I return the coffee is cold. Instead of dumping it out I'll just have iced coffee.

Hoping that does not mean selling their operation to starbucks ... I'm pretty sure they'd f that up in a heartbeat. Now Peet's real coffee from starbucks. That might work.

That's like Hummer buying Tesla Motors !   what a shame, hope it falls through.

Starbucks is in an identity crisis right now, they want to make money, and forgot about who they were when people were loyal to them. Keep it up and someday people will say what was starbucks

Don't get me started about Tesla.  That place is a money pit.

I had a project with them a couple of years ago.  They run like a government subsidized company, spend lots of money, go through the motions, and produce very little.

I'll do what I will and I'll drink what I please
I'll smoke what I like 'till I cough and I wheeze
I'll drink and I'll whore and every pleasure realize
For this time tomorrow I may die

Hmm I was seriously hoping they would bring some good cars to market. I don't agree with subsidizing businesses, too bad. I work for a manufacturing company, it's always make it faster cheaper and better. Startup companies, and emerging technology companies tend to spend lots and produce little.

Quite interesting since I was a daily regular at Peet's in Berkeley many years ago. I don't care if Starbucks buys them as long as they don't change the roasting/grinding process. IMHO, Peet's is the last great coffee available here in the Peoples Republic of Kalifornia.

A cup of Mocha Yemen.  I bought these beans at a Spec's liquor store.  It's a great place to buy liquor and cigars but I think the coffee sits in the bins a little too long in some cases.  This bag has been good but just does not seem completely fresh.  I miss my local coffee shop.  Dam you Starbucks.

I roasted up some Yemen coffee two days ago, it's a more expensive bean, terrific bean with lots of variation in bean development. Best roasted to a light city roast. Mmm delish !
