Elissa strikes again! I just got an order yesterday that I placed with her about 10 days ago (when she offered the 4th of July discount to us). When I placed the order, she immediately told me that some items were not in stock, and I was fine waiting. My order consisted of a bundle of Urbano Corojo Torpedos (tried these on my last order from Charmedleaf and loved them) and 8 singles of other cigars I have not tried.
So when I opened the box yesterday, she had shipped a nice box of Urbanos instead of the unbanded bundle, all my singles PLUS threw in 4 extra singles PLUS a Black Charmedleaf T shirt.
I emailed her yesterday and told her that she was over-the-top, and though the extras are appreciated, we want her to make a buck on her business as well. This is her response:

Happy to hear you received your order! The idea of this site is, of course, to remain in business (i.e. make a profit), but to do this by absolutely putting the customer first. Period. So, when we can, we like to include "extras", particularly when a customer has to wait for an order to be shipped. Cigar Geeks has been wonderful! It is our pleasure to do business with such an awesome group of cigar aficionados.
