Lets say we get 4 or 5 guys together that are willing to spend some cash and kick in enough of their FAVORITE smokes for every one of the guys to try...no cheapies!

We all try each others favorite and vote on the best of the best. We set a limit of lets say at least a retail price of at least $6.00 retail per stick.

We vote on who's favorite is the most popular! Would that work? Maybe set a limit on the per stick amount so nobody feels they get ripped off...

Well, you get my drift don't you? Ok, let rename it the high end pass or something like that. No cheapies, we set a price range that everybody agrees to stay within.
