"I understand you're a Camacho fan"?

My favorite show on TV right now is Sons of Anarchy, and it turns out that the President (currently as of season 2....if you like the show no spoilers please, I still have some catching up to do before season 4 starts) is a big Camacho cigar fan.

They did a nice scene at the season 2 premiere with a new cigar business coming into town that's lead by the Nords where they try and make friendly with a local bike gang (The sons of Anarchy) by offering a box of cigars to the president. The scene can be viewed below, which is hosted by the Camacho website. There isn't an episode that goes by where cigars are not talked about, or shown being enjoyed by the cast.

This has peaked my interest even further into this cigar brand, and since none are available in Ontario at my local B&M's, I'm hoping that my fellow geeks might be able to help me out.

I'm looking to try anything from the Camacho line, and yes I have seen Wescat's post and sent him a PM about them already. I'm still looking for others though!

Please let me know if you can help me out with this, and thank in advance.

That's because Ron Perlman is a huge BOFL.  I read somewhere he likes Joya de Nicaragua cigars.  Must be nice to demand your hobby be part of your work!

I am not concerned about what you think as I can tell you don't do it often.

I LOVE the Triple Maduro. Such a great smoke!

Mmmm Camacho (drool emoticon).  With the title of this thread I thought it was directed at me.  I had decided what I was going to smoke today.  I may have to change it.

Greg, I can hook you up with as many Camacho singles as you care to buy, and include them in your Liberty order shipment. I am a big fan of Camacho tobacco, as the Liberty pics should attest. I probably have ~ 15 different non-liberty Camacho vitolas in my cabinet: Select, Corojo, Havana, Triple Maduro, Diploma, Diploma Maduro, SLR, and some others. All have aged at least a year. Let me know if you are interested.

This is awesome. Do you have them listed on your online humidor? I could just pick and choose for there, or did you have another way you wanted to do this? Let me know!

FWIW, outside of the Camacho Liberty series, the Diploma Maduro is my favorite.  Absolutely fantastic cigar.

The only Camacho I've ever had was a Triple Maduro...and it was fantastic!  Cannot wait to try more

Never met a Camacho I didn't like.  Some of them are pretty strong though ... or maybe I just didn't let them rest long enough.  The Corojo Diploma I had 'bout set me on my arse, but it was good.

I've only ever had the Triple Madduro, but it was an excellent smoke.  I'll be looking to try some other comachos as time goes by.

But I really liked the name "Wish Stealer". It had a Native American ring to it. -Brlesq

A wise geek once told me that moving up from a daily smoke to a weekly or even bi-monthly smoke would be worth it, if I could learn how to appreciate a really really good cigar. -southernrun

Opposite.  I've never had a Camacho I've disliked.  Granted, all of their blends are a bit harsh ROTT, but with age these are all fine cigars.  The CLE Christian's Blend, Corojo 10th Anniv, and Liberty are some of my all-time favorite cigars.

Funny.  You are one of the people on the site who I think I have the most comparable pallet with and I really like Camacho.  I have bought cigars purely off of you saying you tried it and liked it.
